Good morning parents! This is an urgent post for any of our babies under 1 year of age!!
We know this is a very scary time if you have an infant that is on formula. The formula shortage has escalated in the past few months. We wanted to share a Cook Childrens post and a Healthy Child article. The bottom line on both of these posts is DO NOT dilute your baby’s formula to make it last longer and DO NOT make your own formula. Both of these practices can be dangerous for you baby causing them to have to go to the hospital or in extreme cases cause death. If you are struggling to find formula, there are a few suggestions. You can use store brand, shop at smaller stores instead of large chains and call us as we do usually have some samples. Please do not use formula from other countries.
If you are having difficulties please call us so we can help with a feeding plan for your baby!
